this suggestion Changes the CL4 card OF directors/cheifs To CL5

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
People that monitor ethical stuff and are Important to the operations of the server can Have more avaibilty then the basic A-1 or Specail agent and work closer with ECM+

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Abuse of a card of this level ,More possible for d-class to abuse

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Because the RP will possibly be improved For the server

Kinda makes sense lore wise for them to have full access to the site, but at the same time the only CL5 areas are SC only.

I'm not saying getting Dpt Chief or SD is easy, but it sure is not as hard as getting ECM or O5, and if you give SD or Chiefs CL5, it would lose the meaning and the hard work you need to put in for a CL5.
