Accepted buff some of the rare weapons

hiii chatters, xeon is worse than a regular ar valk and db are both lackluster haven't tested the gauss yet but considering these weapons come from a 20mil crate and are lost after one death I feel like they should be a lot better than regular weapons however currently they just arent. Please buff !

Apologies for the delay in responding to this - I can confirm that some of our rare weapons were buffed. We will continue monitoring how these weapons are used and tweak them as necessary.
