Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
More O-1 will play officer instead of specialist giving more opportunity for ncos to play the job.
Will be balanced with the Counterpart A-1.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
None

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
GOC, E-11, and A-1 all got new and better guns why is O-1 falling behind. This also includes Ci but that's a whole other topic.
