You're a trick candidate to gauge and one I would not +Support easily.

I however am fortunate enough to be in a director spot temporarily so I'd feel more comfortable to allow you to reach this place knowing someone would be there to guide you. Unfortunately not a statement I could have said for Cade, For better or worse.

My Ideal would be that you are able to meet the expectations this position holds and I think you're ready to be given a shot at the least.
