What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?: I believe what makes me the best candidate for OSA is from my 3 months as IA Ambassador and my time in E-11 I have gotten lots of skills such as:
1.Good Managment skills.
2.Although I am not the best at making RP I am still quite good at it.
3.I am good at communication.
4.I am much more professional than I used to be and I believe the level of professionalism is acceptable for OSA
5.I am trustworthy.
6.I am very helpful.
7.I am reliable.
8,I am good at writing documents.
I am so so much more mature now.
I believe these skills make me the best candidate for OSA

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?: The following are the responsibilitys of OSA in RP.
1. Obviously assist the overseers with anything that may need.
2. If under orders by O5 OR highest on site, auth AA for a large breach.
3. Write incedent reports.
4. Make sure conduct is followed by ALL foundation staff.
5. Order A-1 when no o5 are on site.
6. Have meetings with people who want to speak with o5 if no o5 are on site
7. Be the eyes for the o5 for personnel of intrest
