I have decided to deny your request due to the following reasons.

I love the idea that you're going for, kinda that modern berserker security guard thing but a few issues are the clipping of the armor is noticeably a lot, the fact that it's 912's bodymodel is a bit strange and threw me off but with enough editing it can be ignored, otherwise I see no issues with it besides what a Captain or Ethics Member might say. Please take a look over these issues and see if you can fix them, then resubmit.
