Cant join SCP-RP US

everytime i try and join it goes all the way through the loading process up until it starts showing the server screenshots then an error message comes up. I've been playing on the server for years and have never had an issue. This is the message I receive:

Hey Fluffy, this issue is know about. The only currently reliable known work-around is utilizing a VPN program.
