Why are you applying for Security Captain?
Because I enjoy being part of GENSEC and want to thrive there I also want to make sure the new recruits understand what it means to being a Gensec and help them learn how to be a ethical security member, I have a fair amount of knowledge with code of ethics by taking the time to learn the stuff so i can prepare myself, i also feel that sometimes within gensec there could be more for the cadets to do so by showing them the basics and then doing some trainings, I know for me personally when I first joined gensec i didn't understand much. It could be simple things by showing them the lay of the land and explaining in more detail what the codes are and how to react depending on each code, it also in turn will let them be able to enjoy the server a lot more because they won't be as confused on what to do when certain scenarios arise. Also, with my current held ranks with being accepted as a captain will give me Access to learn much more things and will be a great achievement for me. It will allow me to dive more into this server and will give me the opportunity to get to know more people that I potentially wouldn't meet with my current status
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
First Infor most I show a mature attitude and making sure to stick to the guidelines or rules set out which can be evidence to having 0 warn/kick/bans, furthermore I understand that with being this role I will be expected to not overstep or abuse the authority given with it. I will respect the position and show respect to all I come across whether it be a D-class or the Site Administrator. I am also well versed on knowing how to act and stay calm in tense situations and under staff and under pressure am a quick thinker and a great mind for ideas this experience I have gained with being within E-11 dealing with SCP on low player count so having to think on my feet. I am great at working as a team and I believe I show great trigger discipline and being able to fight up close and at a distance with making friends on the server that are within the IA I have been able to learn the Coc and being able to watch them how they deal with situations has given me more knowledge on how to deal with it, This is why I believe I would be suitable for captain Aswell as dealing with problems its dealing with them ethically, I am also an active member which I think is vital as being a captain because a lot of things can happen on site and could be many cadets on and having a captain there could help guide the cadets and officers and lead them. also, it could be the difference between keeping everything under control and ethical to losing control and having everything in madness.
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:There is a lot of responsibilities included with being captain. You will need knowledge on RRT and Heavy Weap license so providing tryouts and trainings where needed, You also InCharge of supervising and monitoring all Gensec and the security sector. It is extremely important to do this as there could be a number of problems that could arise, Its also to ensure that Gensec from either cadet to even veteran gensec that they are not breaking any regulations such as Code of ethics or conduct Along with any other rules. as a captain your expected to show great leadership and being able to handle many situations whether it be day-to-day or unusual scenarios. Alongside this captain need to be able to work well with the other departments and assist where needed, if possible, in the event that a issue arises, and you need to communicate with for example E-11 due to a scp breach entering D-block

Growing Up
He grew up in the rougher parts of the country in a small local community he quickly learned that if you want to survive, he will need to learn how to adapt to his surroundings and making friends became an extremely important aspect in his life. His father owned a small office just inside of the city and his mother was an unemployed alcoholic that spent more time looking down and the bottom of a bottle than showing any affection to her family. This led to Mark becoming estranged with his mother. Eventually Mark went into work with his father, All was going well with work. He was making a decent enough living and began to take pride in his work. One day during a routine day a strange man entered the office and approached his father at first his father seemed at unease with the stranger, When Mark went to assist his father gave him a fearful look so mark halted. As time went on a few months had passed and all was normal, but then the stranger showed up once again. This time the stranger was a lot more aggressive that the previous visit by verbally attacking his father and even physically pushing him because of the last time mark remembered that he was not to get involved which ate at him. Later that day he asked his father to tell him who he was and what his business was. It turns out that the man was a loan shark and his father owed him a substantial amount of money. He threatened his father and told him that if he didn't pay that his days were numbered and if any attempts to contact the authorities that family members would be killed. Mark distraught with the news ran scenarios in his head trying to find a way to deal with the loan shark without contacting the authorities or making matters worse. A week passed. His father did not show up for work and didn't contact to say why he was absent. Mark was concerned and called with no answer went to his father's home. The stranger had beaten his father from inches from his life. Mark left with no other option contacted the police. When the police arrived the were aware of the loan shark. Using mark as bait the arranged a sting to make the stranger give mark a large sum of money and illegal drugs which was enough to apprehend the stranger and they were able to connect him to many other brutal attacks within the country Mark feeling that there was more to life and wanting to help people in similar situations decided to have a change of career.
The Academy/The Force
Mark made the decision to join the police force to help others that were in his situation along with many others. He felt the need to be able to help the people that might not be able to help themselves and try make people feel safer, He took an oaf to serve and protect. Mark understood that he was walking into a different world from what he knew and that everything was about to change. Early on in his career he learned what it meant to be a police officer with encountering many types of individuals. This made mark learn how to adapt to different people and be able to relate to them to make them trust him. After several years mark had been made part of the detectives dealing with a lot more Indepth situations and having to catch criminals and big timers. Knowing the risks of the job mark never felt that he could connect with anyone and have a family as the fear of them being put at risk was too great. In turn this made mark always able to have a clear mind but also made him dismissive to any attempts of true friendship or companionship. At a certain point in his career, he was investigating a store robbery that resulted in the owner being shot and killed. Whilst looking at the footage he witnessed a young boy violently attack the shopkeeper when his back was turned and rob the till. This made mark feel uneasy because he seemed to recognize the boy but could not place his face. During the investigation it had shown that the young boy was son to the stranger that felt like a long distant memory has now resurfaced, With the knowledge he learned mark became obsessed with the case and drilled into finding the stranger once again and bring him to the opposite end of bars or prison cell. Mark learned that there was a raid on the strangers house his name was Eric Solverton. Mark insisted to be part of this raid, with his rank within the force he was able to attend the raid. When the raid began mark became uneasy and wanted to enter the house. Eventually he entered after the riot squad and found that the house had been empty as there was no signs of Eric or his family. A year later Eric had resurfaced. Mark had taken an unexpected path and decided to join the riot squad because he felt that he could be more useful putting his life on the line for his fellow brothers in the force, after learning the news of eric's resurface he once again wanted to act. Another raid was made in attempt to recapture Eric. Once the raid began Eric was quickly apprehended and imprisoned. After this he decided that enough was enough and decided that it was time for him to leave the force. Just as mark was leaving, he noticed a individual with a strange logo book and of curiosity approached him.

Mark decided that he wanted to still put the skills he had to use and joined the foundation as a cadet. Where he met many different types of individuals from various backgrounds. He understood that not many people knew about the foundation. well knew what actually happened within the foundation and what was within. As a cadet mark learned the basics about what happened and learned about the different types of jobs within and their purpose. Eventually mark got the just of the job and was promoted to officer and then was tasked with taking new recruits such like what he was and showing them the ropes and teaching them what he has learned with his time during the time at the foundation. Mark now felt like he was part of family witched he never truly knew besides his relationship with his father. He has brothers that are not blood related, but he would defend at any cost, Mark has also a much deeper knowledge of dealing with a lot more situations because of his time at the foundation and now knows where he needs to be.
