Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?

I'm applying for Executive Researcher because I've really enjoyed being Sr Researcher and would like to progress to a CL4, mainly so I can help new Researchers to the fullest. I have also seen DOR Niko play his executive and director role, and it seemed very enjoyable, and I am wanting to fill in the hole in research that has appeared due to the lack of executive researchers. As I've seen, Niko gets near constant researchers asking him for either authorization or a grading. Furthermore, I am also wanting to become an executive to fill out the SCP-Net with more documents on the less documented SCPs, such as SCP-427-2 and SCP-409.

What makes you suitable for an Executive Researcher?

I believe my extensive experience in the research department would be a great benefit to the executive team as my extensive knowledge on both SCPs and the research department policies while also having close. I also have many plans for the research department, such as a cross department project using SCP-008-2 instance in 914 then having a medical check for the disease. Furthermore, I also have extensive experience being an RP lead in CI as I am the Development lead in the squadron R&D which I believe would transfer well over to an executive character. My documents are also very high quality, which I believe would enforce my skills in grading documents.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?

—I have 3 excellent grade documents which are;
SCP-409 x SCP-912 Cross test
SCP-427-2 x SCP-409 Cross test
SCP-049 x SCP-409 x SCP-914 Cross test

An excellent grade document is as follows;
- Cover page
- Index
- SCP description
- Hypothesis
- Aim
- Equipment
- Safety page
- Methodology
- The test results
- Conclusion
-Good-looking text format
-Consistent spelling and grammar with minimal mistakes

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
The responsibilities of an Executive researcher are as follows;
-Helping the directors Niko and Rito
-Creating Role play for other researchers
-CL4 responsibility, such as closing /opening cl4 doors when needed
-Making cross department RP
-teach newer researchers about the entire site, such as D-blocks location and cl1 SCPs
-Grading documents and paying them accordingly
-Ensure test are done safely

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Incident Report: MTF Zeta-9 (“Mole Rats”) Cave Raid and Subsequent Anomalies Summary: On 23/11/2009, MTF Zeta-9-a Foundation task force specializing in the retrieval of anomalous items and personnel-conducted a raid on a disused cave system in rural England. The aim was to investigate reports of strange occurrences and a potential anomalous presence within the deeper caverns. During the operation, a team of personnel came across a young boy, roughly 10 years old, deep inside the cave. The moment when it was decided that the child would be extracted, a dramatic rise in the Hume levels was recorded, combined with an abrupt and extreme surge in local gravity. Judged to be three times more powerful than standard Earth gravity. The sudden gravitational anomaly tore the MTF operatives to shreds-most of them could not take it as the force increased. Of the surviving members of Zeta-9, they had managed to take the boy and get out of the cave amidst heavy losses. The boy, now referred to as subject Type Blue, had a most singular intellect and deep comprehension of several scientific and metaphysical subjects, of a depth far exceeding his age. Due to these extraordinary talents, he was immediately classified as a Thaumaturge and transferred into the custody of the Foundation for study and further development. However, a subsequent research accident involving SR Researcher Niko Murk resulted in the loss of the thaumaturgical abilities of Subject Type Blue. Particulars regarding the nature of the experiment and the circumstances under which powers were lost remain classified, and he was demoted to biological researcher with these memories wiped. Once he was officially inducted, he was given the name “Casseno” and began his journey as a researcher. Some of his more notable tests were his assistant in the 912 communication program, in which we enabled SCP-912 to talk freely by using 914 to add ChatGPT to his radio. He also has strong ties to medical and plans to expand his biological plate with the extension of the medical expertise with biohazard known diseases such as 008 and what gives them this cellular mutation in the DNA strands.

This is my first time doing proper lore, please do give any feedback on it
