Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[Makes DEA looks cool and like they look secret]

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
[I don't know any Negatives but people may say old is better?]

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[In my opinion I think it's amazing, and there should be a change for DEA, and maybe it would make more people join DEA]

Also -support the DEA model is fine and reflects that the DEA and UIU aren't part of the same organisation
