What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
For the interrogation doors make them BIO CL4. This makes it more RP based when arresting someone as most of the time they get their friend to let them out with a CL3. If you arrest someone its either with RP or their minging so keeping them arrested so they learn their lesson is crucial. Making the keypad to release them CL4 BIO will give Ambassadors another duty and it lets them oversee IA more as if an operative wants to unarrest someone (Which they shouldn't) They can overview it.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Stops minges from getting out of being arrested every 5 seconds
- Adds more RP for ambassadors
- Makes the minges learn his lesson
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Stops a bit of RP for IA CL3
- Time to change the kepads
- If they glitch out when being spawned in the cell can be hard to get a CL4 there

Overall, it stops the minges who have been arrested for around 20 mins from getting out after 2 mins. It makes them actually serve the time and to think of not doing it. Adds more consequences to arrests.
