What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Make juggernaut only usable once per war per person.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Having it so someone cant get lots of war score as jugg and then change the outcome of war.
Having someone go jugg mulitple times per war seems incredibly unfair as it's incredibly hard to take down a jugg, and with the removal of hellfire its even harder.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
People may not be able to spend they're war score by the end of the day.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
We had a situation in a recent war where someone reportedly went jugg 4 times in a war, and completely changed the outcome because they could just farm jugg and we couldn't do anything about it. It's hard to take down one jugg on a point let alone 4. It just seems very unfair when they can constantly keep going jugg.

Can use the same ban system that the spy job currently has.

It's not entirely clear how people are farming such a ridiculous amount of combat score, but right now it results in 1 player dictating who wins a war. It's especially bad in Lane wars on points with no vehicle access.

Could bring hellfires back but highly doubt people will be happy or want this since they try very hard to make heils weak that they can't support as much as they did in the past.

Get better tactics to deal with the jugg and coordinate an effort, you shouldn't really come here complaining because this has happened once. If it's a persistent issue then fine but it isn't.

The only way I could see this happening is with a timer cool-down instead of just 1 per war

no one said you had to use hell fires tanks still exist to take it down.

i consider it as a skill issue if you find it hard to take down a jug.
you can also use bombings such as air strikes.......
and i am pretty much sure hell fires still exist in black foots.
even with a boxer or a humvee you can take it down by crushing it.

Do you know how hard it is to kill a jugg when they hiding in a bunker or hard-to-reach places that vehicles can't go to people are saying its a skill issue, but a jugg is so hard to kill if you don't outnumber them 10-1 and even then you cut down to maybe 2-1 that's not mentioning the backup the jugg would have such as snipers and other troops supporting him causing it to deal with it a 40-11, but now you getting lane wars with 8 v 4 with a jugg killing all 8 guys no matter how much they work together as airstrikes don't always hit the mark and 90% of the time Jugg survives the airstrikes unless its B2 even if jugg is killed, you already facing a second one.

I remember in a lane war, where NATO had 7 and NWO had 5 and we had to push hilltop, NATO couldn't push onto hilltop at all cause for every jugg killed another took over, we destroy FOBs, Rally points, and airstrikes couldn't even HIMARs or use vehicles cause it was restriction war but a jugg would be on the point, its like you fighting 5 juggs per war.

Overall I don't care about full-scale wars where you have a full team as Im happy as you do have vehicles and heils to deal with them but what I mean on +support is when it comes to wars that are restricted the problem is snipers are already hard enough to deal with in restriction wars, don't need a jugg that was made for full-scale wars added to it, also I think a jugg make new players rage quit or join the side that gets the most juggs because they so hard to deal with within restriction wars.

But I would love the hellfires back though as made tank crews think more about their choices of going out or waiting and heck give ISAF and IVG a reason to stringer heils rather than waiting for a heil to fire onto a FOB or cap point, but now heils are hardly paid any mind unless they bombing you.
