What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
SCP-082 uses the Boomer model from Left4Dead2, however the animations it uses seem to just be the standard HL2 Citizen animations, and his fighting animation is also the standard zombie hitting one (shared by 049-2, 008-2, and "freakout" animation)
this causes the model to look kind of weird - he stands too upright, his stomach is kind of collapsed, his hands clip into his sides.
i would suggest to maybe try import the L4D2 Boomer animations that Valve made for this specific model - besides standing/walking/jumping animations it also has a very fitting meele attack animation.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
no
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Using animations tailor-made by Valve for this specific model
avioiding clipping issues
avoid the model being slightly stretched from the default animation
it just looks better honestly
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
additional work importing the animations from L4D2
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
While the model is important, I believe the animations just as much, in order to create a convincing character.
