What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion is made in regards to the current Research level requirements for the current Research jobs on the server, and why some of the Jobs should have their Research level requirement adjusted in order to provide a proper sense of progression within the department.

Currently, every non-VIP/Whitelist Research role besides Junior requires the same Research level, with the total level being different (At the time of writing, the Research level required for Researcher, Senior Researcher & Biohazard Researcher is 10), meaning that any sense of progression, as compared to Medical or GENSEC (Both of which have their CL3 jobs at level 20 of their respective level) is effectively non-existent, and encourages people to play other jobs than Research as a way to increase their total level in order to further progress in Research rather than performing actual experiments.

Therefore, I'd like to suggest changing the required Research & Total levels to be:
Senior Researcher: Research Level 20, Total Level 25
Biohazard Researcher: Research Level 20, Total Level 30

If Research Level 20 is too high, then perhaps 15 would be good, not enough to make the progression from Researcher to Senior Researcher a chore, but enough to make sure that people don't just speedrun to the next Job.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Unsure, if there was one relating to this, then it was months ago.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Gives a proper sense of progression within Research.
Allows for Executives & DoRs to scout out potential Executives better, as it'd be easier to view who's actually passionate & who's there to minge or exclusively collect samples.
Discourages using other jobs as a way to bloat total level for higher clearance levels on Research
Decreases total amount of minges or people unaware of what to do on CL3 jobs, as they'd need to be more experienced with Research as a whole to access said jobs.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
May result in decreased activity in the CL3 roles.
May intimidate new players from going for Research due to the high Level requirements.
May slow down progression within the Research department due to the debatably harder to achieve experience(?)

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
While the negatives may make Research less active, it would still provide a positive effect upon the department as a whole, as it'd allow for truly passionate people to be noticed by the CL4 members of Research, while also providing a proper sense of progression & advancement within the department as a whole.

We fixed the bug, but the suggestion also asks for the total level to be reduced. That part will be discussed at the next meeting.
