Denied Changes to when tryouts can occur.

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion makes all tryouts need to happen in prime times of the region. (US: 9am-10pm) This allows people not needing to stay up until 3am to take a tryout and instead tryout when theres more players online able to test.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
-More players able to test during times where most people are online.
-Would increase the success rate of tryout applicants as more people can test.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
-Someone of the opposite region playing on the server would have to stay up longer for testing be awake early.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It would be greater for the people not willing to stay up to 3am for a heavy weapons license. And it would give more opportunities for people to tryout.

After reviewing the suggestion, this is a In-character thing on how events can be hosted, however we do not feel we should limit tryouts to certain times, certain high ranks will be on at differing times, which makes tryouts sporadic, furthermore this is something the community do not want.
