Accepted changing the scud

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[making the scud aka(TOS-1) good and ez to drive and good in base ]

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
[the sucd is unique in the ussr army but in the base or outside base hard to drive ]

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[balance and new things {the only positive in the sucd is the range} { Negatives 1- slow 2- big hard to drive in base or to run away from tank's 3-to long to shot like it takes 10 seconds to fire one missile.} and the HP is the same. ]

We've asked for years for a SCUD/HIMARs balance and for years they've never made the obvious fixes

There was obvious balance when the HIMARs was weak but fast, and the SCUD strong but slow, but now having them on equal HP without any consideration for why they were different is baffling.

Like why?

Why?

'hurr scud can penetrate bunker!!' - NATO's argument for why the SCUD and HIMARs were balanced actually (back when HIMARs could shoot 8 times per vehicle, USSR had a lot of fun losing 16 FOBs in one war)

If you think the scud is balanced with the HIMARS, you have a skull indent the size of Malaysia

Just for fun, we should swap the HIMARS and scud for a week to see how the other side would play with it.


All jokes aside, I've driven both, the HIMARS is 1000x easier to drive around and manoeuvre, the scud makes me want to durk my shmurk if you get my meaning.
