Equipment & Appearance (PAC Justification)

The requested PAC features a standardized combat attire for Delta Command, which includes:

- A full black tactical uniform designed for low-visibility operations
- An enclosed gas mask and helmet to protect identity and guard against chemical and cognitive hazard exposure
- Integrated night-vision optics consistent with CI Delta and CI Strike Team deployments
- A modular plate carrier along with utility pouches used by CI Delta and CI Strike Team personnel

This uniform is purely cosmetic, maintains fair and balanced gameplay, and is strictly intended for use while playing authorized Chaos Insurgency roles as specified above.​

The PAC isnt bad but it is VERY dark colour-wise. Maybe its weird lighting.. Idk.

Normally not really an issue, but as a combative it'd probably give quite a few advantages.
