Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?:
- Well basically i got da pop up thingy that you lack staff so i want to help.
I have over 1,000 hours in GMod, my familiarity with the game is pretty big (as i think). I'm all about fairness, especially when handling admin sits to ensure everyone's having a good time. I will do my best to accept sits as soon as possible, and I'm also trying to get some staffing experience for the future. My dedication to fairness isn't just in the game mechanics but extends to creating an inclusive community environment where everyone feels valued and heard.

Salutations, Charles, today I will be giving you:
- Massive Support​

My reasoning is as follows:

- Low amount of hours on the server.
- I have never seen you before or interacted with you before in-game.
- Your application is short and lacks detail.
- Lack of RP experience on the server. No MTF reg, whitelist, CI, etc.
-/+ No experience as staff

And most importantly...
- Your application violates the Moderator Application format, lacking the following:

Closing Thoughts:
You seem honest and want to support the server in the reasoning you provided, but you'll need to work on the aforementioned points; in my opinion that is. In your "Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?" question you say it is because you saw the pop-up in game, the answer is just barely longer than the question itself in word count, and in this case I'm worried that you may lose interest in the server even if you do make it to Trial Moderator, you need to be motivated by something else than the server saying that "We're looking for staff.", otherwise you will quickly grow bored, first you need to see if you fall in love with the server and if it's your forte.

Additionally, you should spend time in-game interacting with others, deciding on who is moderator and who isn't can sometimes come down to judging your personality, which we know nothing of because we haven't had enough time spent with you.
