Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?: The Global Occult Coalition (UNGOC) was established after the 7Th Global Occult War AKA WW2, The Global Occult Coaliton (UNGOC) Set out to be the official Guardian of Humanity
What does the PHYSICS, PSYCHE, and PTOLEMY Divisions specialize in and give an example of some functions they do:
Physics Division are the combative division, The 2 main divisions would be the Assessment Team, and the Strike Team, The Strike Team are to Search And Destroy, The Assessment Team are to Observe and investigate para-threats, I will give an example, The Assessment team find a dangerous Para-threat, they will try to see its abilities, if its found hostile, this is where the strike team comes in play, The strike team will then terminate the said Para-Threat assuring safety
PSYCHE Division: they keep political and diplomatic relations in place, they try to keep law and order between other anomalous powers such as the sarkick cult, The UNGOC use Ambassadors to complete such task(s)
PTOLEMY Division: they advance new technology and create equipment, they differ from Scientists and researchers, this division specialises indeveloping new tech, the quartermasters supervise logistics, food, and weapons
What Are the Global Occult Coalition's goals?: Survival: The GOC has a mission and that is to protect the human race against all Para-threats, and this mission take priority over all other four.
Concealment:: The UNGOC must keep the information of paranormal threats Confidential, as exposure of said threats could lead to mass panic and, eventually, massive casualties in the wider civilian population.
Shelter: The UNGOC has a objective and that is to protect individual humans, both operatives and civilians, whenever possible, as long as it does not go against the statements
Information: The UNGOC should always expand their information of Para-threats, and study said parathreats, as long as it does not go against the statements
Demolition: The GOC Must not take any risk preserving para-threats as they could one day break out and cause Chaos in towns/Cities.
Please explain The Seventh Occult War: The GOC had a second name, it was known as AOI (Allied Occult Initiative) which had attacked the Thule Society Ahnenerbe Obskurakorp during the Seventh Occult War (World War 2)
Following the conflict the nations desired more knowledge over the Para-threats and as the SCP Foundation (Which Previously existed in the past) was a more independant Company and no single nation was entrusted alone
Hence, the GOC was established from 108 different and strong Occult Companies
What makes the Global Occult Coalition different in in-comparison to the other groups within the SCP-universe in your view?: Comparing the UNGOC to other GOI's like the foundation, the GOC want to protect all of humanity in all means possible, The Foundation want to study the Anomalies for use, then termination
