What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I think I am the best candidate for OSA due to my ability to be professional when needed, my ability to roleplay with others, and also my abilities to co-operate with others to achieve a certain task.
I think my ability to be professional whenever needed is a core aspect of being an Overseer Assistant due to it being a CL4 role and being a role model to many CL3's and also working directly with Alpha-1 and the O5 Council.
The ability to properly roleplay is another good aspect of being an Overseer Assistant and is part of the reason that I am one of if not the best candidate for OSA, due to Overseer Assistants being apart of many roleplay scenario's and usually they are quite serious and professional.
Lastly, I think my abilities to co-operate with other people to achieve a goal is a good attribute for an Overseer Assistant to have due to the fact that working together with the O5 Council, Ethics Committee, Alpha-1 and many other departments needs good co-operation skills most of the time.
-
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
Representation: OSA's are required to represent Council Members at meetings and other occurrences when they are absent.
Reporting to Superiors: Part of an OSA's duty is to report important information to their superiors, these usually being the O5 Council.
Enforcing Orders: Another part of an OSA's duties are to take orders from the O5 Council and enforce them where needed.
Documentation: OSA's are required to document important occurrences in detail.
Ordering Alpha-1: OSA's are also to order A-1 to assist in tasks they have been given when an O5 Council Member is not present.

Codename: 'Dawn'
Date of Birth: 04/07/2006
Ethnicity: White, British.
Occupation: Sr. Researcher
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
'Dawn' had worked for the SCP Foundation as a Sr. Researcher now for a few years, performing cross-tests between SCP's, and also testing creative idea's on CL4 SCP's in collaboration with Executive Researchers, as well as working on a project for the Director of Research.
The Director of Research had his eyes on 'Dawn' for a little while now, mentioning his vast and amazing work to the Overseer Council after they requested of it, and they come to the agreement to continue to monitor him and see how he progresses.
A few months go by and Alpha-1 monitor 'Dawn' for the whole few months, monitoring his tests, his field work and his projects and report back to the Council.
They come to the agreement after another meeting that he should be granted a chance to have an interview to become an Overseer Assistant, and thus he is contacted, escorted to Floor 3 and interviewed by the O5 Council for the job of OSA.
