Denied Chef Stocks

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Increases stock production for all items in the chef npc's stocks with the exclusion of MREs.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Actually makes it possible to cook directly after a server restart / crash without needing to already have the stuff ready.
Makes it easier to cook rather than having to wait just for some raw meat to become in stock.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
I dont really know any.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Positives outweigh negatives, would increase chef rp
