Chemical Suggestion

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This would add a new chemical

I'm hoping for a sort of chemical that would completely nullify any effects a player is under, both good and bad. While this is considered a pretty strong ability if used in the right cases I believe that would warrant some more difficult to aquire SCP samples. The potential use of 008 samples would be great due to how as of now there are next to no "real" uses for people to use them in. I don't believe it should be added to any of the "class-X/NHU/Liquid anima" chemical tree's as they're already too grinded and this would change very little. This effect would be similar to steroids but well, on steroids. It would go through a list of every player status effect and remove them all. I believe it has the potential to bring about a large amount of rp via testing with it, as well as please the current "combat" player base by giving them something new to use
As for the name, I have next to no idea.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I don't think so

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Enhanced RP in testing, More server chems, potential use for combat players

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
abuse of chems :(

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This should be accepted because it will provide more research roleplay, could assist the chem economy, and combat players might enjoy it

ON A SIDE NOTE: If you guys have any ideas for chems as well please leave them in the comments I'd love to hear it.

...If it were hard to make, sure. I vaguely recall there being a few SCPs that are along the lines of "return to monke nature, reject mankind" and you could reasonably contextualise something this powerful off of that kind of thread...

Potential recipe could include 096 samples, Immortal Flesh, 457 samples? Especially focus the lesser-sampled and entry-level SCPs that don't really have that much use.

One thing I want to raise:
I don't believe it should be added to any of the "class-X/NHU/Liquid anima" chemical tree's as they're already too grinded and this would change very little.
But if it's removing all effects, positive or negative, then surely it'd be removing the effects of amnestics/Class X? What's the angle there? I get that you don't want this tied up with that type of chem, but how would it not interact with them, given the effect you stated that this new chem should have? Are they the exception to what effects are removed? And it just purely strips all mechanical-based effects, leaving roleplay ones alone? So it'd remove things like ventanyl, potent, etc. Anything that provides an actual function - While things like 096 chem, amnestics, chems that specifically serve a roleplay purpose, this should do nothing with regards to those? I feel like you need to clarify it a little bit.

I'm not saying it wouldn't interact with them. I'm saying I don't want it to be like "oh you need liquid anima and 682 samples to make this" as those kind of pathways of chems can kinda end where they are without making more things. you get what i mean?
