After having read their lore, I believe this is well thought out! Despite not being a normal PAC, I think this would create enough RP to be worth it. Much better than generic researcher #3.

The lore is cool and very well done, but why would the Foundation hire and put something like that in charge of its RSD? Its ridiculous and does not fit the server at all
