Why should you be unbanned: because its not my fault my game crashed and i tryed to rejoin so i can go back to IA
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: IDK
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: Because its fun to meet new people and just to have FUN

You were banned because you had left the game during a roleplay situation where Internal Affairs had you in handcuffs and were about to arrest you. As per the punishment guidelines, it called for a 12 hour ban.

I sincerely apologise for my lapse in judgement, at the time, I had another alarm for a different player who had left in another roleplay situation and I had mistaken it for you taking more than ten minutes to rejoin. Again, my apologies, I will do my best in the future to ensure that this does not occur again.
