Why are you applying for the Chief of Security?
- I love management in servers and have held multiple management roles in different games/servers
What makes you suitable for Chief of Security?:
- I know the CoE back to back, I have been told by many I would be fit for a supervisor or Dpt. Director role, although this is not evident proof you have my word.
What are the responsibilities of the Chief of Security in RP?:
- To make sure all GENSEC staff are doing their part in making Site-65 a well maintained and organized facility, showing our 05 Councilmen that GENSEC in Site-65 don't fall short of their expectations.
Please give some lore about your Chief of Security character and what storylines they would be involved in:
I was a military sergeant and held many Executive roles in the U.S. Military. However I was kicked out for harsh directions to soldiers on/off the field and was given Unpaid Leave. I didn't take this lightly and continued pushing onto multiple security companies and somehow found myself working in the GENSEC department of the Anonymous Site-65.

Notes:
I understand you may not like my age group taking part in management but I can make sure I will not fall short of your expectations, and my lack of playtime however I have obtained vital knowledge by shadowing GENSEC Higher ups.
It would be a personal achievement for myself to obtain a Dpt. Director role, although I have read many applications and have seen people who may deserve this role more than myself. I would also like to thank you for even reading my application and putting thought into your decision.

Hitminion, I love that your application is properly formatted and professional but unfortunately, not only do you need to be lvl 45 but you also need plenty of experience managing GENSEC usually before applying to this position. From what I understand your still an officer and for most you usually need to be a GENSEC Captain or other LVL 4 experience usually apply. I would wait until you are a sergeant with plenty of experience managing GENSEC and then apply for the GENSEC Captain job in the Misc section of the forums.

This will give the experience you need to eventually apply for this role. I hope to see what you do ingame as you progress towards that role but because of the reasons above, this has to get a -Support.

Once you are more in line with the requirements, then you could apply for this later (I am not in charge of applications, Im just a GENSEC captain). If you decide to take the GENSEC path to Dpt. Chief GENSEC, you need to first hit Sergeant (Combat 20, Total Lvl 40, check your level tab). Once you hit the level requirements, you will be able to get on the sergeant job. Then you need to demonstrate leadership skills, maturity and knowledge by helping captains manage GENSEC (making sure they are following ethical rules, teaching them how to do things if they don't know, taking troublesome gensec to IA, etc.). Once you've done that and you've gotten a good amount of experience, apply for the Security Captain job in the Misc section of the forum (Requires experience as a Sergeant).

If you get accepted for Security Captain, you would then work as a security captain in gensec for awhile. After you gain a lot of experience as a captain, then you would be more ready to apply for this role.
