Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: When I first started playing on the server I received one verbal warning for killing a class-D as a class-D because I mis-read a rule on the website but still my fault.
Why are you applying for the Chief of Security?
During my time on this server the majority of my played time has been within the Gensec role , I do also have access to a few VIP roles currently including MTF o-1 which I've managed to get in my short time on this server. I have experience in the IA department but Gensec management will always be the one I enjoy the ; I love it frankly.

I've applied a lot of my time into the Gensec department and I see a lot of players being excellent role models , of which need some kind of commendation but I also see a lot of Officers/Cadets constantly breaking code of conduct and committing insubordination. As a Chief I want to modernize our department and start moving things forward in making our department as safe and as efficient as possible . Whether the issues are with old training regimes that are no longer effective or whether it is players that are disregarding all rules and procedures that we have put into place and I already have lots of ideas on how to fix these issues we as a department are having.


Firstly , I believe that if we introduce a system based around on positive reinforcement on maybe a weekly or 3-4 day basis rather than positive punishment ; this will help our department because a lot of the time I see Officers and Cadets being dragged to interrogation and placed into solitary for rule breaking and I want our team to start working as a team instead of working against one another . I believe this applies to Captains too because a lot of them seem very triggered happy with security bans . I would like to add a employee of the week system or 3-4 day system where we would commend them with prizes such as possibly bonus XP or a free attachment for their own firearm , I think this would motivate our team a lot to try to lead my example.


I would also like to alter the initial tests that we have set out for our starting Cadets and just add some more Codes of Ethics into their because I see far too many Officers/Cadets who seem to have the wrong idea , such as thinking they are authorized to shoot foundation site-65 staff staff when they are being a nuisance.



I started out as a Cadet maybe 2 weeks ago I think. It was not the most fun experience but I still did it because I love the Gensec role but the issues is most people do not and in my opinion it is because we don't have the best escort system so I think if we can perfect our escort system then people will be more likely to take the role slightly more seriously as well as the changes to the initial test.



What makes you suitable for Chief of Security?:

I have only just achieved my role as a Security Captain of Gensec but while in my role I believe I have made some already excellent changes to our Riot Response training programme in regards to more questions on Codes of Ethics to our trainees because I believe we should be training people to lead .


As well as this , I have a career in business Admin simply because I love doing paper work , I really enjoy so this will all be fun for me . I also used to be a raid leader on the game World of Warcraft so I am used to managing a team as well as settling disputes between our team-members , this is why I am very none-emotional when I am playing I take absolutely nothing personally I just want to do my job .

Secondly , I have already starting to make what I believe are excellent improvements to the department regarding RRT and I believe I can make improvement to the entirety of the department ; I log on every day without fail to ensure I perform daily duties as I should be and although I may be a member of MTF if you require me to leave so I can devote more time to our department I am more than happy to .


Furthermore , when playing with my fellow Captains I believe that many times I have had to step up and take control of situations because some of them ( are still good players - no dis-respect) they seem to fold under-pressure and can get very angry very fast ; I am referencing the trigger happy security bans. Despite having a high clearance role I still take it on as my job to assist in day to day Gensec roles because I am still a member of security I am not simply an administrator.

I also want to implement some more staff reviews with the entire department including the Captains during the week and I want to ask the opinions of Cadets/Officers/Sergeants/Captains of one another to see if I need to monitor anyone for a closer work evaluation and performance log. I also want to add a file onto the site 65 system which would be called performance reviews for clearance 5 personnel only (maybe 4- if not i can use google documents ) this will make it easier for me and other Chiefs/Captains to monitor the performance of our team and have them do a training programme on areas we feel and they feel they are lacking .


P.S.- I have a lot more Ideas that I wish to speak to the council about.
What are the responsibilities of the Chief of Security in RP?:


The Chief of Security as I'm sure you know is the Chief who over see's the entire department of general security this will include the day to day operation of Gensec and it's employees also the over-all safety and on going business of the department . I will take it upon myself to be active everyday with meeting with my Gensec team ( Captains and below ) whether it's during a meeting or down within D-block ( I will be active in D-block because I belong there with my men)

I will be responsible for representing our department and ensuring that all of our employees whether it is a Cadet or a Captain have them-selves taken seriously and that I take everything they say with due care.

I will have to ensure that all forms Ethics , site administration and ensuring the code of conduct is being enforced at all times during all of the Gensec responsibilities . When I am not reviewing people (or training sessions for example) I will be trying to discover Issues within the department that require my attention which could possibly be rogue Cadets/Officers for example doing something that they are not authorized to be doing.

Overall , the Chief and Captains are the senior members off staff that over see the entire of our department as well as working within it and I want to work towards motivated people with some positive reinforcements instead of punishment ( but if punishment is necessary than I will do what I must).

I was a Soldier before coming to the SCP foundation of site 65 as a formal captain of a small squad of 5 of undercover status. I saw some horrible things whilst being in that position that has numbed my emotional senses ; which is why I'm good at my job . I don't get upset and I don't get angry , this is my purpose now until the end of time and this is who I am. Going back to the normal world where normal people work and live is something I will never be able to anymore , I can't even look myself in the mirror without questioning who I am ; what I am. I am not normal anymore I am this , I will never be the man I used to be and I will never go back to that life I once had.
