Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
I'm applying for internal security inspector because it's interesting to see the drama that unfolds when someone commits a crime, whether that be from up high or down low. I enjoy solving the mystery of when someone commits an injustice towards the site and figuring out why they did it. I find that this is a good community, and I want to give back the same experience that I have gotten and continue up the ranks.

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
what makes me suitable for internal security inspector? I have experience being level 4 with Dea handling Goi diplomatically and not escalating conflicts when they arise, and I believe that skill could be of great use here. Before I went the Dea route, I spent two weeks as an IA agent when ambassadors were a thing and passed the test during that time. I have never been warned about server rules. I'm active most of the time, and I'm open to criticism. I spend all my time playing as Isd when I'm on the site.Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:

What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
The ideal of internal security inspector is someone who is experienced with the Code of Conduct, the Code of Ethics, and Site access guidelines, and familiar with how other departments operate, not only that an ideal inspector is someone who has the leadership skills to lead others, has a clear mind when dealing with infractions of other Isd and doesn't mind training up newer members into Isd, they are role models to investigators and Agents/operatives alike giving them a path when no path is seen from the perspective of the Isd members and can take criticism from others while being unbiased, that is the ideal of what it means to be an inspector from Internal security in my opinion.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
In terms of major roleplay documents I have made none, other than that I have made a lot of arrest reports, in terms of what makes a good report that would be a title, a incident, the infraction a offender has given, who the offender is what crime was committed, location, what time, evidence, a summary of what happened, who was there, grammar, those parts are the basics, but if you want to get fancy you can add logos, a mugshot and many more depending on the creativity and the amount of time the person making the document has.

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
Grading documents
Train new operatives/agents
Helping out other members of isd
Handing out punishments when needed.
Make sure COE and COC are being upheld
giving out authorization for infil's and alike
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I have always maintained a calm and collected attitude when dealing with others and whenever i cannot keep that composure I collect my thoughts i take five or so minutes and take a small break i find that this skill is incredibly important, when I'm on and not watching for crimes being committed, I take my time and I shadow the agent/operatives to see if they are holding up the standards of the prior agents before them and I give out tips and pointers on what they can do Beter and improve on, I pride myself on having a decent reputation with the other departments to show that even though we enforce the standards of the site doesn't make us the enemy.

Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Francis grew up in a home influenced by his father’s work with the Foundation. His father, a cold heartless man, often shared stories about duty and sacrifice, which inspired him. Although his father was often away on missions, Francis admired him and the values he represented.
To give “Francis” a focused education, his parents decided to homeschool him. This allowed him to explore subjects like math and logic, helping him develop his curiosity and analytical skills.
As he got older, he wanted, no needed, to follow in his father’s footsteps. When tragedy struck and his father was killed during a covert operation. Francis' desire to work in intelligence grew stronger.
After 2 years after his fathers death, he joined the VSSE, an intelligence agency, where his critical skills quickly stood out. His hard work, determination caught the attention of the Foundation and he was captured.
He awoke in a sort of interrogation room, a voice spoke “We have a Proposition for you “Francis”
Recruited for his talent in navigating complex scenarios, he quickly rose within the organization.
