What does this suggestion change/add/remove:

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
[yes many people make suggesting of body cams for jobs]
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[ big QoL job Update, time saver, makes CI have better RP for example clips of treaty being broken ect. ]
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
[SOP cant break surface treaty as much, more risky for GOC to raid]
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[Its a big QoL job update that should already have been implemented helps improve CI cause its annoying to be told "you werent wearing a bodycam" when the only CI job with body cams have a limit of 2 people and may be in a raid]
