What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
I think a cool addition to the server could be letting CI hack alarm boxes to either
A.) Put on a random code
B.) Remove a code
C.) Put on a certain code.
A random code could be a lowerish hack, While picking a certain one would be much higher. The higher the codes value, The higher the hack. Bascially meaning, A code black would be much harder to hack then a code 2 or 1.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
A simple search shows that it hasn't, But I could be wrong.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2)
It could give CI another way to disrupt foundation operations, If a code black randomly pops up, It could mess with the flow of foot traffic, Or just cause general confusion.
For the foundation it could be a way of finding out that CI is on site, Random code? Must be CI or some techie.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
For CI it could call their presence out easier, but at a chance to cause disruption.
For foundation it would be hell to figure out who did it.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I honestly think it could be a good way of mixing up the code meta, Currently codes are only called when needed, Then instantly called off. With this change it would make people think more about "why was this code called? Was it CI? Was it real?".

CI being able to disrupt operations in a non violent way is something I'd like to see more of. CI feels too raid focused.

This will be annoying, but that's why I like it. A false code 4 causing people to go get scrambles when not needed comes to mind.

It would need to be balanced appropriately, otherwise a CI could just sit in a obscure room by the alarm box all day causing havoc. But a cooldown, or a certain amount of hacks that can be done within a given time period, or even a hacking alarm could all make this fair.

I think it would be even more funnier if it'd picked a random person's name had declared the emergency once the code changes

Example of what I mean
CI-C COM 'Biggy Cheese'' Hacks the box, rather than saying 'CI-C COM "Biggy Cheese" changed it to a C5, etc, it picks from a random list of foundation personnel, such as MTF-E11 CSG 'Pineapple'.

I believe that'll cause some nice RP, it would be nice if there were logs for that as well, but it'd be fun.
