Accepted CI hacking B-1 drones

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This would make it so if ci got a drone from B-1 a Tech expert can hack them and use the B-1 drones with a makeshift remote

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Lets ci use drones
Add more of a use for stealing B-1 drones

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Makes it so drones aren't B-1 exclusive
Could possably be abused is some way

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Over all it would add more uses to drones and would give CI tech experts more of a use since ci opratives have repair tools

idea makes sense but could be heavily abused through low pop raiding just to get a huge stockpile which ci seem to always do
