CI Type-Blue ability change

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
[Replace shockwave with necromancy for CI Type-Blue or just adding Necromancy to CI Type-Blue wheel]

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
[Yes people have recently suggest for some of the new CI Type-Blue abilitys to be changed, however i believe this one would be balanced and make CI really lean into the support type its supposed to be.]

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[Makes CI Type-Blue less offensive as it gives then a reason to stay alive more and not push up.

Would give CI Type-Blue a full wheel of abilitys that would be used

Necromancy can fail and make undead creatures so it would force CI to adapt, it may also increase RP in CI with undead creature test/crosstest or studies into why it can make undead creatures.]

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
[Would take a huge part out of bringing medics to non siege raids.

May get rid of the shockwave ability making it so no current reality bender has the ability to use it.

Necromancy isnt 100% accurate when reviving so it may need dev work if added to CI Type-Blue]

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[If this gets accepted it would make CI use the whole wheel of abilities, give more opportunity for RP and force CI to switch things up i feel this would be a positive addition to CI Type-Blue]
