What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
[This suggestion adds more interactive features to documents, allowing them to be used by more then just a single individual for documentation. I suggest adding another line option that allows for a response from another individual who is holding the clipboard, to work like such.
How have you been feeling today? *type text here!*
In the starred section, a player who picks up the document will be able to type out how ever much they want, or a predefined about of words into the box of predetermined size and ONLY in that section or however many response sections are applied to the document. My second idea is adding an option to highlight words within a document, simply to make them pop out more, or highlight required areas of response. Once this document is filled out to the original printers desired, it can be "signed off" disabling the response sections permently so it can now only be read.]
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
[no]
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[this allows the documents to by typed upon and interacted with individuals who did not write the document, EG : a series of questions and a box or line ment specifically for another individual to type in that can be edited by them, allowing for more RP interactions such as medical documentation and statements from witnesses or suspects during an interrogation. Highlighting sections of documents to emphasize importance in certain areas. ]
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
[more clipboard clutter, more laggy documentation.]
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[this should be added because it's more interactive on both parties parts, allowing for standardized documents that a single person does not have to fill out entirely on their own, going back and fowarth asking the questions. Basically, it allows for a document to be a better document. ]
