Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It makes things a lot more convenient for roles like MTFs that need to make presentations and documents but don't spawn with clipboards, and frees up HMod+ time. It only adds the possibility that minges might use that as another source of annoyance, which isn't too big of a deal and can be caught easily as documents have the creator's SteamID at the bottom.

- Makes it easier for people to get clipboards when needed, which can be annoying for those who don't spawn with them that need to e.g. make presentations
- HMod+s don't need to manually give people clipboards when needed, wasting less time
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Possible document minging
- Not sure if it's difficult at all to add items to dispensers
- Not sure if there's a specific reason they aren't already in there
