Denied Clipboards to Civs

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Add clipboards to all civilian jobs that sell something

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I've not seen one yet

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
You can write receipts
can keep track of inventory, give people a list of items etc..

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Some ppl might fabricate fake Infoleak docs, but the same problem would be for all other roles that have a clipboard aswell.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It improves RP, and the only negative ive found really exists for all jobs with clipboards, and no ones complaining
