Closes making suggestions for a set period of time

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
staff can respond to the dozens of unanserwed suggestions
Deal with the backlog of suggestions

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
No new suggestions

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:

Many good suggestions have been made but are not being looked at for some reason and no verdict is given, this needs to change.

Thanks for taking the time to make a server suggestion. We've considered this in the past. However, at the moment it is not needed. Most of the older suggestions have already been passed along to NL or is in discussion.
