I have been a patient with him while he was a doctor and gets angry easily and also doesn't have patience

I don't see you on as medical staff like, at all I only see you play combat-based roles, I am unaware of how your medical RP goes, but I have seen your documents, at least the medical ones, and they're average at best.
I think you should probably play doctor more if you want to be the director of medicine.
More importantly, your mingy history doesn't fill me with confidence
It's a no from me.
