Denied Combat Medic Specialist job addition

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion, if accepted would be to create a new role for Medical where it would be a "Semi-Combative" Combat medic focused on backline support instead of just being another gun to involve in gunfights. This will obviously be hard to enforce as regardless of loadouts as weapons are so freely obtained through multiple difference means but IC rules can be put in place n such (not that that'll stop anyone lmao)

Slot Count: 2
Primary weapon: None.
Secondary Weapon: A Medium / Strong pistol.
Medical job items: Defibrillators, First aid kit.
Specialist job Items: 1 Flashbang, 1 Smoke grenade.
Unique to role Items: An Armour / Ammo supplying Swep, a Medical drone.
Requirements: Medical License, Drone operating License (if added from a future suggestion I plan on making) & Support level 25.

Both Ammo & Armour supplying will have a Energy / stuffing styled cooldown or use system.
Could have a Field kit styled functionality Such as;

Right Click: Supply ammo
Left Click: Drop ammo for someone to pickup
-R-
Right Click: Supply Armour
Left Click: Drop Armour pack for someone to pickup (edited)

Drone Heals 5 health per click, has a spam click cooldown of 1.30 seconds which feels balanced for combat.

Armour Amount Given: 10 armour per click
- Would have 20 "Armour Packs" so they may give 2 people full armour or a medium group of people a decent amount of armour.

Ammo Amount Given: 60 Ammo per drop
- 240 Rounds (4 Boxes)

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Pretty adamant nothing has been suggested like this before (other than yknow "Gib role")

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Would be a new unique role that isn't tied to an MTF / GOI
- Could create a completely unique playstyle / loadout type
- Could allow the possibility of a few lower ranked personnel receiving Armour

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- given the role has a first aid kit the healing drone which is the inspiration to this role creation would be neglected
- regiments / GOI's might be upset they wont have a role like this to just turn into another gun
- the Role Model + unique sweps could take some time and effort to figure out.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I feel this should be added as currently there seems to be no definitive non-healing supportive role that can be effective, useful in combative means, this addition would add that role and could buff a seemingly unpopular department even if its for a little while.

I feel this should be restricted to either medical or as a site staff role (with the removal of medical specified equipment) however that'd remove the healing drone which kinda yknow removes the core reason for the specified loadout. I also feel although CI and GOC could also receive this role it would be better to keep it as a Foundation medical role due to the rep GOC/CI suggestions have gotten and will inevitably only cause issues in the future for staff / Content team.

a combat medic with fucking ammo and armour refillers and a medic drone my man is playing some type of apex legends or what. It would make much more sense for nu7/GOC/CI to have similiar job

-/+ Could also just give CM the dual loadout treatment.

Either way, this job should be soft whitelisted like Sr. Agent or if CM gets it make it soft whitelisted.
so i did attempt / think out both of your arguments

Dual loadouts wont be intended on being added to anyone else, On top of that a dual loadout for one job alone isn't worth the amount of effort it takes for them to implement it

in terms of semi whitelist i do agree with it however I've been trying to Semi whitelist CM / Sr. Doctor for RP purposes involving personalised / more advanced training but I get shut down every single time so i purely doubt that would even be considered

- This sounds like Rook and Doc from Rainbow 6 but If they had a kid that flew drones. The drone would just be incredibly annoying hearing it around site 24/7 and this class would just equip a perma weapon and be a second combat medic job.

- Average Combat Medic suggestion

+/- I know from my little time here just how good amor is, so this Class would be a Nightmare for every D-class main, Reducing Health, is no problem, but Armor reduces Damage taken by quite a bit. And i assume you need to remove the Armor of any Class before you can Blow off there Head [ Type Blue/ Green not included ) which is as far as i know the most common way D-class need to fight.

But i could be wrong, so i am staying Neutral

the way i plan to structure this role within Medical boundaries is they only get involved with code 5's or code 1's
there is obviously scenarios i cant consider for nor can i really tell them to not detain random D-Class they see within LCZ but yea they shouldnt be involved with dblock at all

Just join DEA or an MTF.

Additionally; Combat Medics are supposed to be a low-tier combatant that assists with low-tier departments such as GenSec, etc. aside from the HH-3/HH-11 subregiments you guys have. There's no need to evolve the Combat Medic role itself into something that other jobs already take up (i.e. Nu-7 Medic, DEA Senior Agent, etc.).
