Does Combat tranqing count as equipment misuse? I've seen multiple people just tranq a D-Class shooting at them and kill them with no worries.

Does Combat tranqing count as equipment misuse? I've seen multiple people just tranq a D-Class shooting at them and kill them with no worries.

the Tranq pistol is a tool that can be used mid combat as its a very circumstance based tool that can easily cripple your attempts if you miss your 1 shot. this is essentially the same as asking if the reality benders "Detain" ability is misuse if used in combat.
