What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
- I believe above all my experience is what makes me a strong candidate for OA as the time I have on this site which was mainly in Cl4 roles I have seen and dealt with most situations that one can face as a Cl4 on site and the situations that I haven't faced I have the skills and experience to remain coolheaded and deal with the situation in the most effective way. The next strongest asset in my arsenal is my dedication to improving the efficiency of the site I firmly believe you can always find a more efficient solution to any problem. I have worked on many of the documents on site improving them and hope to continue to do so in my other roles my experience in document creation and my time within many of the jobs on site allow me to teach or assist almost any department or improve any departments efficiency. I am also a very open minded person I am well aware like many others I have much to learn and many flaws so I encourage any assistance or opportunity's for guidance or training.
- Above all I am dedicated to the success of the foundation and hope we can work together to improve the lives of everyone else working at this great site. What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
-Overseers Assistant is a very influential position with many a diverse range of responsibility's
-Overseer Assistants can act as messengers for the Overseer Council and Foundation Personal, by giving them important information or receiving reports on Foundation conduct, department productivity and information regarding changes in GOI or anything else the Overseer council may need.
-Overseers Assistants are responsible for following and enforcing the Code Of Conduct, they also may be asked to assist in ongoing situations on site and reporting any failure to abide by the CoC to the relevant authority's,
In their day-to-day operations, Overseer Assistants may also be tasked with inspecting departments and ensuring that they are fulfilling their duties, as well as stepping in for the Overseers when they are off-site. They are also responsible for providing the Overseer Council with information on possible concerns.
An Overseer Assistant must have strong leadership skills as well as communication skills and a firm understanding on the foundations mission.
