Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
no wasting hacking/weapon upgrades
easier to see wich ones are what beacuse current upgrades can be seen trough walls


Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
longer time to use

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
no more acidental uses of upgrades
