Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
I have received a warning for RDM, a ban for LTARP, and a ban for inappropriate conduct. I have provided an image of these below.
Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
I am applying for executive research as I have found working in the research department an experience that has given me an opportunity to use my ideas to create fun RP scenarios for both myself, and others. Everyone in the department has been welcoming, informative, and overall created a pleasant environment that I want to be a bigger part of. As an executive, I will have more tools at my disposal to create RP scenarios for others and people who are new to the department, as well as having the ability to help others through grading, peer review, and providing helpful tips for people who are new to the department.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
I would say that my ability to produce a lot of new ideas could prove quite beneficial to making new projects and RP scenarios, as I quite enjoy thinking out of the box if possible with my ideas. I also feel like I’ve had a fair amount of experience reviewing documents, providing criticisms and advice, and have taken part in a few RP scenarios that have went quite well, some of which are currently ongoing.
How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
An excellent document is a document that provides extremely high quality, well written details on whatever test is being performed. There should be little to no spelling mistakes, it should be of fairly decent length, and include a handful of pictures and evidence relating to the test/study. The details written should be in-depth, concise, and not have too much excessive bloat that takes away from the study.
I myself have written I believe two excellent documents, being my SCP-939 enrichment study, and my SCP-008 x SCP-500 study. Both of these studies were reviewed by the department director, and received a significant amount of praise. I am aware there are many things in my documents that I could improve, though I am always striving to try and improve the quality of my documents, usually through peer review and taking notes of said peer review.
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
An executive researcher is responsible for the creation of projects to encourage research into certain subjects of interest, as well as approving and reviewing tests that researchers create, providing feedback and criticisms on their studies so that they can improve and produce well-written reports. They are also responsible for ensuring that researchers conduct themselves appropriately, providing punishments to repeat offenders if necessary. Executives may also be responsible for the creation of certain tests or projects that are above non CL4 researcher's clearence, working closely with CL4 personnel or personnel that are trusted enough to be apart of it.
Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Connor Miller began as a researcher at Site-65 not too long after its first opening, but he very quickly settled in and found his niche in hi department, beginning to specialise in biological and psychological affairs regarding the more animal-esc anomalies kept at the foundation. Working with the executives, he has been granted permission to work with SCPs that would typically be quite out of reach for most researchers, but he has excelled with the studies he has created. Under some recent events, he has been in good standing with both the ethics committee, and the site inspectorate, and he aims to please both sides, utilising the power they have to benefit his research.
(Currently, Connor has been involved with the Chairman's current story, and would be very fitting for biological matters, such as when SCP-3199 was introduced before the wipe. The more biological it gets, the better.)
