Given my interactions with your department, and the wonderful abilities you have granted me, in relations to what research I can perform and the resources necessary. You have given me a grand amount of insight in how your floor operates, and what you wish to gain.
Which is where my proposal comes into play.
This email is my formal request for an assistant role within your floor, as well as keeping my current role as an executive researcher. If you deem me fit enough for this role, I will be able provide a direct eye into the inner workings of my department, and ensure that my department maintains the objectives you deem most necessary. It has been nothing but a pleasure working directly with the inspectorate, and I wish to reinforce this through this role. I am nothing but gratful for the work you've done for me, and the resources given.

(Connor is currently has been involved in a lot of affairs revolving around F3 and Ethics, and has been quite involved and has directed some experiments regarding SCP-008 and ANOREP. Most of his lore has been developed on the server, and I do intend to write a coherent personnel file for him at some point.)

I have recieved one warn for RDM, a day ban for LTARP, and a week ban for Misconduct. I have attached an image of the list below.
What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I believe that my experience as an ECA will has provided me with a good idea of how to operate and present myself as an assistant, and I have confidence in how to hold myself in RP scenarios. I do sometimes have my moments of silliness, but I try to ensure those are few and far between, especially when I am in roles such as this. I believe that I have developed a good understanding of how the overseer council operates and the secrecy they hold in character. I am always open to learning from those more experienced, and I try to do my best in scenarios that i am unfamiliar with.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
Overseer assistants are responsible for passing judgement relating to experiments, operations, and projects taking place in the facility, on behalf of the overseers. They possess the ability to sign off on experiments that are deemed beneficial to the objectives of the foundation, as well as ensuring operational security the veil is maintained. They are to be the eyes and ears of the O5 council, ensuring any sources of possible sabotage, treason, or other threats to the foundation are reported and dealt with, with the assistance of A-1 if necessary.
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
Having interacted a lot with Floor 3 in my time as an executive researcher, I have gained a keen interest in floor 3 and the roleplay around it, and I wish to play a bigger part in this. I believe that being an overseer assistant could also lend very well to character development regarding Connor, as he has become very affiliated in regards to floor three, and I want to develop that more. I also enjoy having a role like assistant, as I feel most confident in an assisting role, rather than a leading role, and I am always looking to ask questions, seek information, and provide as best as I can to roleplay scenarios.
