Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
The model will not look like we have scoliosis. It will make Consultant more professional.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Fixing the model will take time. But the changing will be fast as there is a good amount of models for medical personnel
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
The consultant model sucks it's the worst in the game by far the model looks broken and the textures are smoothed like butter (in a bad way). Changing this will make Consultants look more professional.
