Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I'm applying because recently I have seen a big disconnect between high-up management and the lower-ranks. I want to be someone that others can look up to as a reliable person to talk to and come you for advise and help and not feel like they will be looked over/forgotten. I've seen plenty of times people have felt uncomfortable or don't entirely trust coming to an Ethics Member, O5, or generally a member of Site Administration because usually they are waved off like it has no merit(from what I've seen). Besides that I also wish to eventually gain enough respect to attempt to apply for a higher rank position as I slowly wish to bring myself back onto the server as it is quite fun but don't wish to have to always be on.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I have had a lot of experience with management as I was an Executive Researcher for just around 5 months. Along with that I was also a Ethics Member on a different server for around 3-4 months. Besides that I played a lot of foundation so I know what I know what is expected of someone of the rank that is Site Advisor. Not much else besides me having some "nice-ish" connections with some people in high up positions that respect me kind of so I am still trusted despite it having been a while since I have played seriously. I also have experience with the hierarchy that is in place and understand that I am not the end all be all decider of things and that I'm there to help. Not to order everyone around like I'm an evil dictator.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Overall Site Administration are above every other department/regiment on site besides Site Command and their Guards. They're more of a middle man, though if we were going strictly lore they're more or less the top people you'd contact, between departments and the O5 as they're in charge of department reviews and general site management such as calling out and assisting in raids by getting non-combatives to a safe location, accepting/denying research tests(when able to), and engaging with people on site to better understand the problems that are had and can be fixed.
