Jack "Cornelious" Edwards, a former US Army National Guard member and one of the current Site-65 Chiefs of Security is an odd ball. While holding a very serious position and occasionally coming off as a well disciplined and stern Chief, he is also known for being a jokester. Jokes, pranks and some occasional issues with others are not beyond Jack.
During his time in Site-65, Jack has noticed there is little distinction between a Security Captain and Security Chief. Following in Carter's footsteps Jack has decided to make some calls to his friends in the United States to get him some new gear.

Probably gonna get denied for the vest and beret not being navy black, I would pre-emptively make a version like that, but who knows

The main issue is it not looking enough like GSD. I apologise for the unclear message

The issue is you cannot be easily identified as a member of GSD. To make that distinction you can change the color of parts of your PAC3 to match or signify GSD colors such as your vest or beret if you wanted.

Aye, the guy that made it is often busy and unresponsive. I am planning to ask he changes the vest to a dark blue or black to match the normal CoS vest

Nah, no response. May have to deny it unfortunately until I can get his attention. The model does come with a black or dark blue variant of the plate carrier but I'm not sure how to work PAC or get the texture

try attaching a 'group' onto the model and searching through the sections to see if it has a bodygroup that can be changed
