What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Bigger credit radius.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
No, I don't think so.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Makes giving departmental personnel the recognition they deserve.
Making sure leadership doesn't have to manhunt for their personnel to credit them (especially when they forget).

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Some guy is crediting everyone in his department in 30 seconds.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Because we can see when people are credited, we can easily counter these goobers credit spamming.

Why is this needed from a players perspective? staff already see this.

And it is just xp farming and isnt allowed to just randomly credit people its seen as failrp. If you suspect soneone from this just ask staff to check and they will deal with the situation.

All the more reason to allow it. If staff can see it, then there should be no problems with people abusing it. Especially if it's restricted to CL4s
