What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
[This suggestion addresses the current limitation where commisioned officers (such as myself, a Nu-7 LT) cannot credit Enlisted or NCOs unless they are on their designated officer job slot. For example, if I’m on the Specialist job (due to Officer slots being full), I lose the ability to credit members despite holding the proper rank.
This change would allow recognized officers to credit others regardless of the specific job they’re playing—provided they still belong to the regiment and meet the clearance criteria.]
