Is this the first application you made? If no, link all previous applications:
1st application here
Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why (type /warnings in-game):
One for inappropriate conduct. Someone was making the "a succulent Chinese meal" meme, and I played into it a bit too hard with the person (no idea who they were). Officially, it was a warning. The one taking the sit was understanding, as it was my first offense.
Same as when I applied for ECA.
How many hours can you be on everyday:
5-6 hours on average during weekdays depending on current assignments given. (i study for web development)
on weekends likely 8 to 10 hours
Do you have a previous experience as a Gamemaster/Event Manager in a community:
not in the same sense as an event server but i have been a DM for d&d multiple times for my school and classmates planning events out in real life other than that no.
Do you have any advanced skills that would benefit the GM team, such as PAC-3, dupes building, art creation and others? If yes, give us your best example of putting that skill into practice:
none of which is mentioned but i wanna get into dupes building and pac3 but I'd want a little guidance. i have a decent amount of video editing experience (but currently i aint paying for premiere pro) and currently learning web development. Creative writing. trying to get better with document writing. Aswell i have extensive experience as a DM D&D and a player.
Please list one RP Enhancement for a Foundation Department/MTF:
RP enhancement for a MTF unit could simply be helping them setting up their training scenario. give them a bomb for executions or a machete for torture should it be a1 or o1. for GSD helping them with training. E11 Meeting room is technically an RP enhancement but mostly done ooc. INNER ISD is a rp enhancement (forgot the actual name of it)
Please list one RP Enhancement for a Non-Foundation Group:
Chaos Insurgency needs help making a more high stakes training area. 2 teams of equal amounts put on "vr googles" and get put into a training area dupe i would have made on the gm plane. one team being attackers one being defenders. hackable doors for attackers and keycards with bypass to these doors for defenders to simulate the experience within the foundation as a door could open at any point.

[Morse Code]
GOC CO+ receive a message through a compromised Commander’s comms, ordering them to arrive at a specific location. As they enter the area, the area above the behind door explodes, trapping them inside.
Class-E amnestics are then released into the room, causing them to forget their own work partners and creating immediate distrust between them.
The only visible light comes from a window high above them. With their communication lines not getting connection, they have no easy way to call for help. They are forced to work together, despite not knowing who they can trust, and choose one person to escape through the window to seek assistance as they are only able to get one out due to the size.
Inside the room, there is an old machine that some of the older members may recognize as a telegraph. This becomes their only possible method of limited communication with other members of either CI GOC or foundation. message sent through comms by the gm
Among the trapped CO+ are two to three (depending on amount of CO+ players attending) GM-controlled GOC CO+. Their goal is to temporarily dismantle GOC operations from within by causing confusion, leaking information, selling intelligence, or manipulating GOC into attacking the Foundation during a time of presumed peace.
Overall, these compromised CO+ dislike the GOC’s current cooperation with the Foundation and want to destroy that relationship. Their actions are meant to push GOC toward becoming more hostile, possibly encouraging them to terminate SCPs rather than contain or negotiate around them.

[Bad informant]
[Bad informant]
The Chaos Insurgency receives word from an informant within the Foundation that SCP-268 has finally been located again and is being transported back to the Foundation.
For some reason, the Foundation wants to keep the transport quiet. Because of this, the convoy is barely protected, only having a driver and one passenger inside a civilian truck.
Upon attacking the truck and gaining entry, CI realizes they have been tricked. Instead of SCP-268, there is only a message inside.
Once the message is read, anyone nearby is teleported into the Wanderer’s Library, a massive library that changes depending on who is inside it. Somewhere within the Library, the promised SCP-268 is actually present.
Upon arriving at the entrance, another message is left behind:
“Take one card per person.”
Once each person takes a card, the cards disappear, and another note appears.
Rules:
Do not take what is not yours.
Keep your Library card safe.
Do not discharge your weapons within the Library.
Be quiet.
Avoid Library Staff.
Survive.
Once these rules are read, they become active.
If someone breaks a rule, a Library Staff member, played by a GM, begins hunting them. The staff member becomes fully aware of the rule-breaker’s location and knows exactly what rule they broke.
During this time, anyone else who breaks the rules will receive their one and only warning until the first culprit is caught. Once the culprit is captured, they are turned into Library Staff.
The captured player will be pulled from their TeamSpeak channel into the GM room and briefly told what their new role is. They will then be placed back into the Library as Library Staff, following the instructions of the hosting GM.
The overall goal for CI is to survive, find SCP-268 hidden somewhere within the dupe, and locate a way out of the Wanderer’s Library.
Please list one Event idea for the SCP Foundation:
[The Butler]
Upon pressing a bell, a butler will appear somewhere out of view and begin moving toward the person who rang it.
Once he reaches them, he will formally ask:
“Is there something you need to be done?” With their last name or code name
After the person gives their request, the butler will simply nod and attempt to complete it.
The butler is not immortal and cannot perform impossible tasks. However, he will make a genuine attempt to fulfill the request to the best of his ability.
If someone asks the butler to kill a person, they must know the target’s name or codename. Without that information, the butler cannot act on the request.
The bell would be located inside an observation room, and every request made to the butler would be broadcast over comms. This would create in-character consequences for people’s actions and make each request public knowledge.
I imagine E-11 would eventually get involved by blocking off access to the SCP, or access would only be allowed with Executive or Ethics approval.
I would keep this event going over multiple days to see what kind of chaos people create with it. However, initially, I imagine the bell would be placed somewhere public, ringing loudly so people notice its location.
(this is possibly the one I'd personally do the first as a trial gm)
Please list a Major Event or Map Change idea (Involving all sides and the entire server):
[The Old Man From Nowhere]
An immortal old man arrives in Pinewood, seeking shelter among civilians.
Upon entering the town, Hume levels begin to spike, alerting the Chaos Insurgency, the Global Occult Coalition, and the Foundation.
As the old man remains in Pinewood, the area slowly begins to break down over time. The longer he stays, the more unstable and destructive the anomalous activity becomes.
The old man carries three anomalous items:
A canteen containing the Elixir of Life, capable of saving someone from certain death, including death by old age or sickness.
A deck of cards, allowing the old man to gamble for a person’s life and fight on their behalf.
A bag, capable of containing SCPs and hiding them from others.
Eventually, the old man would likely be captured by either GOC, CI, or the Foundation. However, almost immediately upon entering the respective GOI’s base, Hume levels would spike again. The walls would begin to crack, and the base would slowly begin breaking down.
This would force all GOIs to work together to find a solution. If a base is destroyed, I imagine we would handle it similarly to the recent GOC situation, where they either take refuge inside the Foundation temporarily or move to a temporary tent area on the surface.
If any of the old man’s items are stolen or taken, the stolen item will cause a similar anomalous effect. One of the Deaths will eventually appear to reclaim the item. If the person refuses to return it, the Death will simply kill them.
With each item taken, the old man becomes less immortal.
If one item is taken, he becomes harmable. He can feel pain, but he still appears mostly fine.
If two items are taken, he can be seriously injured. His legs can be broken, his arms can be damaged, and his body can suffer lasting harm, but he will remain conscious.
If all three items are taken, he becomes fully mortal upon the death brothers having taken them.
The old man himself is not hostile. He will follow orders easily, will not attack anyone, and is generally considered caring.
Overall, I imagine this event being doable with multiple /ITs and dupes prepared in advance for the potential destruction of each base. This would allow areas to be blocked off properly if a base begins breaking down or becomes unusable. and spawnpoints placed somewhere else.
If the Foundation base is destroyed first, it would be assumed that most contained SCPs are lost along with it, except for immortal or extremely durable SCPs, such as SCP-682.
What elements can make an event unenjoyable?
• Disruptive to any non participants actively stopping other people's roleplay in a non fun way. for example X person wants X person dead during the butler event. simply shooting the person killing them immediately? not fun. possibly ruining what they are currently during. Butler talking first saying their last name "X person sends their regards" and then change tone drastically and attempt to kill them? yes.
• Long winded events in one day that isn't meant to last multiple days can turn stale if players interacting with the event has left.
• Predetermined rp with people who ain't informed leaving other players interactions with the event to feel closed off and stale
• unless everyone is invited an event that massively disrupts X person's job actively for example D block is closed down GSD ain't allowed in but researchers may enter
•Under prepared an event is barely thought out or almost no information available barely able to stop X thing from happening or X way to get rid of it or simply a question is asked and it wasn't thought about. Simply preparing why is it how is it how does it act tends to stop these from happening alot.
•OVER prepared events feel stagnant no possible way at all for X gm to think on the spot about something. again knowing how the event should act/behave helps you decide what is an appropriate response to "what is your favorite flavor of tea?" as a dumb example. again as a prior dm you will be surprised what questions people could come up with. i once saw a researcher ask an event gm "what is your limb of choice should you be forced to eat it?" or something along those lines. without a thought the gm said left arm if i remember correctly.
•after all you ain't writing a book keep other players in mind.
And finally, what do you wish to achieve by becoming a Gamemaster?
I want to be part of the GM team and work alongside others on events. I also want to get closer with people who have similar creative mindsets, while working with both GM and non-GM teams, such as SL.
For example, as some people know, I am currently working on a Project Violet-9 RP event, and I have gone directly to people in O-1 and A-1 to see if they would be interested in being involved.
I want to help people make their lore events happen IC. I would like to help others figure out their ideas, read through them, and come up with changes to characters or event concepts. I also want to help judge what would be possible within the server, both from a fun standpoint and from a rules standpoint, such as asking, “Is this actually allowed on the server?” or “Could this be considered powergaming?”
Basically, I want to help people think outside the box while still staying within the box of what is possible and allowed on the server.
On top of that, I want to come up with my own event ideas and bring them into reality with the GM team. I would happily make documents for all of my ideas as well, so they can actually happen if any of them catch the GM team’s interest.
