PAC Requesting Approval

PAC Requested: Im requesting to be able to use a GOC juggernaut pac that improves the overall look from the base model (whilst still using the base model if pac3 is off for people).

The pac3 consists of the GOC Juggernaut looking larger and more like a proper armour suit, having glowing features and looking more electrical, along with having a robotic arm(arm been approved for 3 prior jobs ive applied with it for)

Im requesting to be able to use the standard, being authorised to be a GOC standard bearer by the GOC LTGEN. Along with this when the Suit/Armour gets super damaged (my base armour is under 100) the mask breaks and suit states electrical damage is taken, along with turning a soft red and a flashing/half working red eye.

Got the two UN symbols as I'm a flag bearer, also some how NU-7 and DEA mistake me for CI, even though I'm blue, so the symbols help fix any confusion
