Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? Yeah I got warned a few times
Why should you be unbanned: I genuinely have no clue what happened, I joined the server and 2 seconds later get pulled into a sit where someone says that they've "investigated" me and that I was being banned for 12 weeks. They refused to elaborate other than the fact that I had a similar name to him?? And then just banned me. I wish I could make this longer but they genuinely refused to say literally anything because they "don't tell ban evaders how they catch them". ???
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: I'm not too sure to be honest
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: I've actually got some good stuff going, I am the Culinary Wellness Officer and I take the prisoners and give them cooking jobs. I'm was really enjoying the server.

I banned you for ban evasion because it is likely you were ban evading, as after speaking to you, and checking different things, as well as being alerted by the system, I determined that you were ban evading. I have all evidence of this and am happy to present it to the Senior+ who reviews this ban appeal.

When you joined the server, your account flagged as a ban evade for an account that was previously banned. I won't go into detail as to how the system works, but it determined that you were ban evading, and therefore the appropriate punishment was applied.
